Al crear una cuenta o usar Friends Party, aceptas estos términos. Están escritos en un lenguaje sencillo a propósito.
Es una app para organizar eventos con amigos, compartir fotos, chatear y compartir canciones dentro de esos eventos.
Si algo de esto pasa, podemos retirar el contenido y suspender o cerrar la cuenta involucrada.
Puedes reportar una foto, un mensaje o a un usuario desde la app, y también bloquearlo. Revisamos cada reporte en menos de 24 horas.
Las fotos y los mensajes que subes siguen siendo tuyos. Solo los usamos para mostrártelos a ti y a las personas del mismo evento, tal como los subiste.
Friends Party se puede usar gratis. El plan gratis permite hasta 10 fotos por evento y guarda las historias en video durante 7 días. Además ofrecemos dos tipos de compra opcional:
El precio de cada compra se muestra en la app antes de confirmarla. Por ahora las compras solo están disponibles en la app de iPhone y las procesa Apple, que hace el cobro a tu cuenta de Apple. Para cancelar Premium, hazlo desde los ajustes de suscripciones de tu cuenta de Apple al menos 24 horas antes de la siguiente renovación; si cancelas, conservas Premium hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus propias políticas.
Tus compras quedan ligadas a tu cuenta de Friends Party. Si cambias de teléfono, puedes recuperarlas con "Restaurar compras" en la Tienda.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos cuando quieras desde tu perfil. Los pasos están en Eliminar tu cuenta. Eliminar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción activa: cancélala antes desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple.
Trabajamos para que la app funcione siempre, pero puede haber interrupciones o errores. No garantizamos que el servicio esté disponible sin fallas en todo momento.
Si hacemos cambios importantes, te avisaremos dentro de la app.

By creating an account or using Friends Party, you accept these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.
It's an app for organizing events with friends, sharing photos, chatting and sharing songs within those events.
If any of this happens, we may remove the content and suspend or close the account involved.
You can report a photo, a message or a user from the app, and also block them. We review every report in under 24 hours.
The photos and messages you upload remain yours. We only use them to show them to you and to the people in the same event, exactly as you uploaded them.
Friends Party is free to use. The free plan allows up to 10 photos per event and keeps video stories for 7 days. We also offer two kinds of optional purchase:
The price of each purchase is shown in the app before you confirm it. For now, purchases are only available in the iPhone app and are processed by Apple, which charges your Apple account. To cancel Premium, do it from your Apple account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal; if you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Your purchases are tied to your Friends Party account. If you change phones, you can recover them with "Restore purchases" in the Shop.
You can delete your account and your data whenever you want from your profile. The steps are in Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it first from your Apple account settings.
We work to keep the app running at all times, but there may be interruptions or errors. We don't guarantee the service will be available without failures at all times.
If we make important changes, we'll let you know inside the app.

계정을 만들거나 Friends Party를 사용하면 이 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 일부러 쉬운 말로 작성했습니다.
친구들과 이벤트를 계획하고, 그 이벤트 안에서 사진을 공유하고, 채팅하고, 노래를 공유하는 앱입니다.
이러한 일이 발생하면 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 정지하거나 폐쇄할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 사진, 메시지 또는 사용자를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 모든 신고는 24시간 안에 검토합니다.
올린 사진과 메시지는 계속 사용자의 것입니다. 저희는 올린 그대로 본인과 같은 이벤트에 있는 사람들에게 보여 주는 용도로만 사용합니다.
Friends Party는 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 무료 플랜은 이벤트당 사진을 최대 10장까지 올릴 수 있고, 영상 스토리는 7일 동안 보관됩니다. 이 외에 두 가지 선택 구매를 제공합니다.
각 구매의 가격은 결제를 확인하기 전에 앱에 표시됩니다. 현재 구매는 iPhone 앱에서만 가능하며, Apple이 결제를 처리하고 Apple 계정으로 청구합니다. Premium을 해지하려면 다음 갱신일 최소 24시간 전에 Apple 계정의 구독 설정에서 해지하세요. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Premium을 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.
구매 항목은 Friends Party 계정에 연결됩니다. 휴대폰을 바꾸면 스토어의 "구매 복원"으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.
프로필에서 언제든지 계정과 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 방법은 계정 삭제 페이지에 있습니다. 계정을 삭제해도 이용 중인 구독은 해지되지 않으니, 먼저 Apple 계정 설정에서 구독을 해지하세요.
앱이 항상 작동하도록 노력하지만, 중단이나 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 서비스가 언제나 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
중요한 변경이 있으면 앱 안에서 알려 드립니다.
