Friends Party es una app para compartir fotos y organizar reuniones entre amigos. Esta página explica, en un lenguaje sencillo, qué datos guardamos y para qué.

Ubicación: si una foto tiene ubicación guardada por tu cámara (EXIF), la app puede usarla para mostrar dónde se tomó, dentro del evento. También puedes guardar la ubicación exacta de un evento o de una foto; en ese caso la ven las personas de ese evento. Nunca accedemos al GPS de tu teléfono sin que tú lo permitas explícitamente al usar la función de ubicación del evento.
Los datos se guardan en Supabase, un proveedor de base de datos y almacenamiento de archivos. No usamos anuncios ni redes publicitarias, y no vendemos tu información a nadie.
Solo las personas que son parte de un evento pueden ver sus fotos, su chat y sus canciones. Tu correo y tu teléfono los ves únicamente tú, nunca se muestran a otros usuarios.
Friends Party ofrece paquetes de stickers de pago único y una suscripción mensual, Friends Party Premium. Por ahora las compras se hacen en la app de iPhone y las procesa Apple. Nosotros no vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta: eso lo maneja Apple directamente. Solo guardamos qué compraste y hasta cuándo está activa tu suscripción.
Si activas Face ID o Touch ID, la clave que lo hace posible se queda guardada en tu propio teléfono; nunca la enviamos a nuestros servidores. Tu contraseña tampoco se guarda como texto: guardamos solo una huella de ella (un hash), que no se puede leer de vuelta.
Desde tu perfil puedes tocar "Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos": esto elimina de inmediato tu cuenta y tus datos (tu perfil, tus eventos, tus mensajes y tus compras registradas) de nuestros servidores y de tu teléfono. Los archivos de tus fotos y videos se eliminan de nuestro almacenamiento en un máximo de 30 días.
Si ya no tienes la app, escríbenos a friendspartysupport@gmail.com desde el correo de tu cuenta y la eliminamos por ti. Los pasos completos están en Eliminar tu cuenta.
Friends Party es una app para mayores de 18 años. No está dirigida a menores de edad y no solicitamos a sabiendas datos de menores. Consulta también nuestros Estándares de seguridad infantil.
Si cambiamos algo importante de cómo tratamos tus datos, lo avisaremos dentro de la app antes de que entre en vigor.

Friends Party is an app for sharing photos and organizing get-togethers with friends. This page explains, in plain language, what data we store and why.

Location: if a photo has a location saved by your camera (EXIF), the app may use it to show where it was taken, inside the event. You can also save the exact location of an event or a photo; in that case the people in that event can see it. We never access your phone's GPS unless you explicitly allow it when using the event's location feature.
The data is stored in Supabase, a database and file storage provider. We don't use ads or advertising networks, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
Only the people who are part of an event can see its photos, its chat and its songs. Your email and your phone number are visible only to you; they are never shown to other users.
Friends Party offers one-time-purchase sticker packs and a monthly subscription, Friends Party Premium. For now, purchases are made in the iPhone app and are processed by Apple. We don't see or store your card details: Apple handles that directly. We only store what you bought and until when your subscription is active.
If you turn on Face ID or Touch ID, the key that makes it possible stays stored on your own phone; we never send it to our servers. Your password isn't stored as text either: we store only a fingerprint of it (a hash), which can't be read back.
From your profile you can tap "Delete my account and my data": this immediately deletes your account and your data (your profile, your events, your messages and your recorded purchases) from our servers and from your phone. The files of your photos and videos are removed from our storage within 30 days at most.
If you no longer have the app, write to us at friendspartysupport@gmail.com from your account's email and we'll delete it for you. The full steps are in Delete your account.
Friends Party is an app for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly request data from minors. See also our Child Safety Standards.
If we change something important about how we handle your data, we'll let you know inside the app before it takes effect.

계정을 만들 때 다음 정보를 저장합니다.
앱을 사용할 때는 사용자가 직접 만든 내용을 저장합니다.
위치: 사진에 카메라가 저장한 위치 정보(EXIF)가 있으면, 앱이 이벤트 안에서 사진을 찍은 곳을 보여 주는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 이벤트나 사진의 정확한 위치를 직접 저장할 수도 있으며, 이 경우 해당 이벤트의 멤버가 볼 수 있습니다. 이벤트의 위치 기능을 사용할 때 사용자가 명시적으로 허용하지 않는 한, 휴대폰의 GPS에 접근하지 않습니다.
데이터는 데이터베이스 및 파일 저장 서비스 제공업체인 Supabase에 저장됩니다. 저희는 광고나 광고 네트워크를 사용하지 않으며, 사용자의 정보를 누구에게도 판매하지 않습니다.
이벤트에 속한 사람만 해당 이벤트의 사진, 채팅, 노래를 볼 수 있습니다. 이메일과 전화번호는 본인만 볼 수 있으며, 다른 사용자에게는 절대 표시되지 않습니다.
Friends Party는 1회 결제 방식의 스티커 팩과 월간 구독인 Friends Party Premium을 제공합니다. 현재 구매는 iPhone 앱에서 이루어지며 Apple이 결제를 처리합니다. 저희는 카드 정보를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 이는 Apple이 직접 처리합니다. 저희는 구매한 항목과 구독 유효 기간만 저장합니다.
Face ID 또는 Touch ID를 켜면 이를 가능하게 하는 키는 사용자의 휴대폰에만 저장되며, 저희 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 비밀번호도 텍스트로 저장되지 않습니다. 다시 읽을 수 없는 지문 값(해시)만 저장합니다.
프로필에서 "내 계정과 데이터 삭제"를 누르면 계정과 데이터(프로필, 이벤트, 메시지, 구매 기록)가 저희 서버와 휴대폰에서 즉시 삭제됩니다. 사진과 영상 파일은 최대 30일 이내에 저장소에서 삭제됩니다.
앱이 더 이상 없다면 계정의 이메일로 friendspartysupport@gmail.com에 요청해 주세요. 대신 삭제해 드립니다. 자세한 방법은 계정 삭제 페이지에 있습니다.
Friends Party는 만 18세 이상을 위한 앱입니다. 미성년자를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 미성년자의 정보를 알면서 요청하지 않습니다. 아동 안전 표준도 확인하세요.
데이터 처리 방식에 중요한 변경이 있으면, 적용되기 전에 앱 안에서 알려 드립니다.
